That 70s Chalet at South Lake Tahoe

Remodeled in 2018. Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. New roof, exterior paint and beautiful paver driveway done fall of 2023. 2 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood. Trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, meadows, a regional park, and bike trails right behind the house.

The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
