Welcome to 13 Hills! Set in the picturesque Monadnock region, our earth-sheltered, open concept home offers magnificent views, serenity, and comfort. With an 1100 square foot terrace with firepit and year-round hot tub, and pool room with darts, this is not your usual B&B. Your room has a king-size memory foam bed, bureau, 42 inch TV, DVD & internet services, a full bath with tiled shower, a fridge with freezer, microwave and panoramic vistas. Full breakfasts of your choosing are our specialty!

Sunning Deck or shaded patio dining or just relaxing with a good book poolside or the indoor lounge with a drink. We’ve got you covered. Many unexpected amenities. Our family friendly home is located in a desirable location, situated on a private road and beautiful setting. Peru, VT is minutes to Manchester, Bromley, Stratton, Okemo, and Magic Mnts. Renovated in 2016, our home has a gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms, washer/dryer, double sided fireplace, woodburning stove, wireless, and great room with HDTV dish network. All beds are new, and/or protected with "sleep tite" pillow & mattress protectors. Pillows are comfortable, blankets are soft and new.

The Oak Room - Ladoga

Grand opening! Your own oasis on the outskirts of a VT town. Surrounded by nature trails & forests with plenty of outdoor activities. Short drive away from Mt. Ascutney, Okemo, historic landmarks, and shopping across the NH border. Room is on the second floor and features a private bathroom with shower, a mini-fridge, smart TV (w/ Netflix), wi-fi, and a king-size bed. All bedding / toiletries are provided. Just bring your toothbrush! 8 gbit fiber optic is coming in March '24!

The Purple Chef's House

My home is located 7 minutes from town , in the woods with a private walking trail and pond. There is plenty of parking, a deck to enjoy in the summer and a cozy wood stove in the winter. This is a small private room with a double bed. It is not appropriate for anyone over 6 feet tall. There is a private bath across the hall. One of the fun things about staying at The Purple Chef's House is watching me cook your breakfast while drinking coffee at the kitchen island.

Farm at Williams River House - Essex Suite

Beauty, luxurious comfort, and cozy charm combine in this 1780s farm house nestled between mountains and the fertile Williams River valley. Snuggle into your queen bed, enjoy an espresso in the library, skate on our private rink, or XC ski, snowshoe and stroll along the fields, forests, and river. A delicious farm breakfast featuring local seasonal foods is served daily. We strive to reduce our carbon footprint with solar. ~25min drive to Okemo.

Classic Queen – 2 Queen beds in Historic Inn, rm 5

Inn room 5 inside of our newly renovated Historic Inn has two Queen beds and 1 full bath with bathtub and shower. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. This room is upstairs and sleeps up to 4 guests. Includes a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. We provide Keurig K-cups, coffee creamer, tea, sugars and various snacks. Inn room 5 is not pet friendly.

Eva Blake House-Margaret's Room

Do you like staying in historic homes? Welcome to the Eva Blake House. Great served breakfasts available between 8 and 10 AM. Three common areas. Abundant amenities. A walk or short drive to The Square with its shops, art galleries, restaurants and movie theater. Margaret's Room has one double bed. A walk down the hall: your large, private bathroom with shower.

Turn of the century Craftsman home with charm and great character! We have two bedrooms to offer and bedroom 2 has a full/double mattress perfect for one or two people. Full bathroom is dedicated to guests. Ample parking on and off street. See King bedroom posting (Craftsman Home Away from Home 1 of 2) if you'd like to rent both rooms or just want more space :)

The Shepherd's Retreat

This in-law apartment is on the first floor of our 2 level home and has its own separate entrances. It features an open floor plan with galley kitchen and breakfast bar. This location has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere but with easy access to shopping, site seeing, hiking, and is minutes away from historic Bennington, Vt and the Berkshires (Mass Moca Museum).

The Carriage Barn

Situated on a 1792 Vermont farmstead, the original Carriage Barn is a thoughtfully renovated 2-bedroom cottage that blends historic charm with colorful, comfortable design. Located just 10 minutes from Brattleboro and 45 minutes to Mt. Snow (~1 hour to Stratton, Okemo, Bromley, and Magic Mountain), it’s a perfect home base for a cozy New England escape.
