2BR Private Suite by Trails & DT in Cozy Home

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an adorable dog.

This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

Downtown Luxurious Loft, Private with parking

This stylish loft w/ Private Entrance is located Downtown just off the park strip within walking distance of all downtown Anchorage attractions. Upstairs Studio with city views. Loft has a 65” smart TV, small fridge, microwave, toaster/fryer oven, Instapot and washer & dryer. Shared Barbecue grill and seating area on the patio. The loft is separated from the main home and offers privacy. We also have a Porsche Macan SUV that is available to guests only. If interested please contact host.

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

It is less than 5 minutes from the airport and walking distance (1 min) to the local favorite restaurant, and a variety of parks/trails. It’s a unique location, with its own private, fenced yard, full kitchen, bath and laundry. There is also a separate driveway area with parking for 3 cars.
