After all take a nice picture of panorama of Dubrovnik Old town from the sea and have a nice memory from Dubrovnik. The apartment is perched on a small hill in Montovjerna, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik's Old Town is around a five-minute drive away, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is around 300 metres away.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. Our apartment is set just by the sea. It is a small house within other bigger house. There is a private terrace and private beach for all guests that are using villa. Apartment VEMA is located in a beautiful quiet part of Dubrovnik, only 750 m (12 minutes walking distance) from the center of the Old Town, cable car and Banje beach. You can take bus number 3 from the Old Town to the bus stop "Magistral 1" which is located 50m from the apartment. The closest restaurant, caffe bars, and supermarkets are 200m away.
