Our freshly renovated 1 bedroom home is perfect for solo guests, couples or anyone who wants a comfortable base in a lively but relaxing part of London. You’ll have everything you need for a cosy stay. East Dulwich station is a 12 min direct train to London Bridge and there are no parking restrictions in the area.

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
