Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

If you like to bike, there are trails to Victoria Beach. Take a ride to the pier and the bakery. Or hike Elk Island. Sit around the camp fire, soak in the hot tub, play some games, and kick back and relax. In the winter, enjoy the Snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing and ice fishing. TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

West Shore Retreat

Come and enjoy summer activities in the Village of Dunnottar with three public beaches: Bowling Green Park; Tugela Creek Park; and Milne Park where you will find the community’s iconic piers. These wooden structures, bring swimmers out to deeper waters and in the evenings are a gathering spot to watch the stars from. On Gimli Road you will find the popular artesian well. Matlock General store is a 5 minute drive away for minnows, tackle and basic groceries.

Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this lakeview cottage, just a few steps away from iconic pier. This house has 2BR. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed with cozy bedding. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding. Full bathroom with double stall shower. Fully equipped kitchen and open living space! Long weekends are 3 night minimum. July & August are 4 night minimum.
