The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

Whitesands Dunsborough Beach Cottage

Thoughtfully appointed villa accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms—one with a luxurious king bed, the other two king singles. Tucked into lush, leafy gardens, it's a two-minute stroll to the beach. Enjoy hotel-quality linen, a bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower. Separate toilet/ vanity area. Located within easy driving distance of Margaret River region, it's an ideal base for exploring the area's renowned vineyards & natural beauty. Note: No ocean views. Pets not permitted.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Stylish 1 bedroom ground floor apartment centrally located within 100 metres of Dunsborough's town centre and the sparkling blue waters of Geographe Bay. The perfect base for couples, friends or singles from which to explore the Margaret River region of WA.
