It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Perfectly located 20 mins from Cleethorpes and set in the countryside of the wolds, market towns, and plenty and historic cities Lincoln and Kingston upon Hull. Humberside airport is also 10 minutes away if you want to start your international holiday early or flying in on business.
