Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps SEVEN! Living room has two fold down leather futons. This is a perfect rental for two families! The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.

Ideal private chalet getaway in Ellicottville NY. The property is located at the top of a hill on a private drive, giving you a beautiful overlook of the valley. The location is a 5 min drive to downtown Ellicottville and 3min drive to Holiday Valley. There are many state land hiking trails off of the private drive. Convenient location for families looking to ski for the weekend, hike locally/at Allegany State Park, and visit the beautiful town of Ellicottville NY.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
