This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Oavsett årstid är detta det perfekta boendet för dig som älskar friluftsliv och avkoppling. Badbrygga med roddbåt rakt nedanför huset. Cykel och vandringsleder runt hörnet. På vintern när isen ligger går man till skidbacken på 10 min eller tar bilen på 3. Fri elbilsladdning. Huset har 3 sovrum (6 bäddar) kök, 1 badrum och är vårt lilla paradis! Helt nybyggda Fritidshus (2020-2021) beläget på en udde utan grannar inom synhåll. Egen liten långgrund strand med båt och elmotor. Braskamin i storstugan. Bra fiske med gös, abborre , gädda mm. Bra Wi-fi. Bastu. Svamp och bär. Egen stor parkering på tomten. Aktiviteter i närheten : Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse Nationalpark, Ge-Kås Ullared, Knystaria pizzeria , Knystaforsen (white guide) Tiraholms Fisk Här bor ni lyxigt men samtidigt med känslan "back to nature"

Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
