Located 100met from Wooloowin train station this secluded studio is nestled at the rear of our beautiful 112 year old Queenslander. Surrounded by cafes, it offers everything you need for a romantic weekend away or a perfect stopover before your flight - 10min direct on the train to Brisbane airport or the CBD. Relax on your large private deck (which includes the spa) and just a few steps away beautiful wood-framed glass doors open to the bedroom, keeping you connected to nature. Pets: 1 sml dog only 😊 Very private modern space at the rear of our beautiful Queenslander! We pride ourselves on offering an extremely clean and well presented, fully self contained space......oh and did I mention we also have a lovely spa on the deck of the studio!! Great space for a single business person or a couple who would like a romantic trip away. Includes continental breakfast - juice, cereal & breads and spreads....& of course a great coffee machine, because if you are anything like me you can't start the day without one!! Close to everything!! 3 train stops from Brisbane airport with check in available for late or early flights. 4 train stops to Brisbane city The train station is only 100met away.... Wooloowin is a very friendly neighborhood that is very safe to walk around, we also have some great places to eat and if you are a coffee lover you will love that we are surrounded by coffee shops (there are 3 great ones between 1-5min walk!!!) The studio is located in the Wooloowin area (6km north of the Brissy CBD), in a very friendly, walkable neighborhood. There are some amazing eateries nearby and excellent coffee shops all around. Three coffee shops & train station are only steps away. Hop on the train for a 10-minute ride to the Airport or city. We are only 100 meters from the train station and 10 min to either the domestic or international airport or the city! We are also only 15min train ride direct to Southbank with its famous man made beach.....why not pack your swimmers and go for a dip, it's free!! It's also a great place for a coffee or some lunch!! We offer great amenities for our guests to use during their stay (like perfume, hair mask, hair dryer, hair styling products & much more!!) Our kitchen is also fully equipped with salt, pepper, cooking oil etc, so there is no need to grab those if you want to prepare meals during your stay :-)

Return to a modern and colorful house with plenty of quiet breezy places to recharge, both indoors and out. Relax by the pool or swim some laps. Airconditioning in upstairs kitchen/living /dining area and bedroom for summery days. The house is perfect for family groups and adults with multiple living and recreational areas. Ocean view from the deck where you can relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends. Two large inside living areas as well as the covered deck and pool area accommodate groups of people comfortably. The 18 metre pool with 2 metre deep swim out is suitable for lap swimming and water games. Off street parking available. Guests have access to entire house. Contact with hosts is available to offer recommendations if requested. The house is in the seaside town of Lennox Head. Walk to excellent restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, a health food store, bakery and surf shops. Nearby Lake Ainsworth is an ideal place for picnics and bush walking. Paddle board at the lake and in the ocean. Excellent surfing opportunities. Byron Bay is a 20-minute drive north. Ballina is a 10-minute drive south. Beach walks, swims in the ocean and whale watching between June and September are fabulous. Ballina/ Byron Airport is 15 minutes by car. Byron Bay is 20 minutes by car. 5 minute stroll to the village for restaurants and general facilities. 2 minute walk to beach and board walk. The ocean view from the covered deck is along 7 Mile Beach to Broken Head. Whale watching between May-September is breathtaking. Equipment for children's activities provided include bikes, body board, sand toys, snorkels and goggles. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas supplied.

Entirely surrounded by glass, the bathrooms and service spaces are open plan with the ability to close them off completely creating internal cubes within the house. Living in this house is a spectacular experience! There is on site parking on the ground floor. The apartment is located on the first floor and is part of two separate living pavilions. Family members live in the other pavilion about 15 metres away from the apartment. One of my trusted friends will check you in and answer any questions. I am always available through Airbnb messages if anything pops up! The apartment is located in the Mudgeeraba hills overlooking the Gold Coast. It is a short drive to the beach and less than an hour to the waterfalls of Tambourine Mountain, Springbrook National Park and Lamington National Park. We’re located in the hinterland so you’ll need a car to get around. You will see the sunrise and sunset even if the blinds are down! As we are surrounded by trees sometimes the local birds can be a bit noisy in the mornings. The house is self sufficient and uses 100% collected rainwater and a bio wastage system. We ask that you try not to waste water and that you avoid using harmful products that could damage the bio-waste system. Thank you!
