The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Rooks Nest is a cosy self contained cottage for 4 people. There is a separate kitchen, lounge/diner with a 43” TV (Netflix) A private enclosed court yard garden with outdoor dining. There is a ground floor bathroom and shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with smart TV. A 2nd bedroom with double bed, Smart tv. Secured access to an outside balcony area with garden seating. To the front of the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars.
