Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Inside you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, high quality linens, two large living rooms with flat screen wireless TV's, and downstairs family fun with foosball and air hockey tables. Outside there is a large lawn, lots of privacy, gas bar-b-que, backyard fire pit and outdoor eating area off of the kitchen. Don't miss the private deck off the large upstairs bedroom that is a quaint refuge.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.
