This small (200 sq ft + 80 sq ft sleeping loft), Adirondack style cabin was completely refurbished this past year using locally sourced woods and built by hand. Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

This quiet, private 40 acre retreat in the Adirondack High Peaks is directly surrounded by the 23,100-acre Giant Mountain Wilderness Preserve. Relax on the deck overlooking the brook, hike our private nature trails on the property, or trek nearby mountain trails. Grill on the deck, enjoy the well equipped kitchen, or dine at excellent local restaurants. End your day with an outdoor camp fire or in front of the cozy wood stove. The cutest little cabin in the Adirondacks!

NO ADDITIONAL FEES! Wake up to the sounds and sights of a relaxing Adirondack stream, next to the Barton Brook in charming, little Elizabethtown, NY. The building is in our backyard and the inside is roughly 7x7 with one single twin sized bed, dresser with three drawers, a dorm sized fridge, coffee maker, outlets, a light inside and on the open porch. We have a screened hammock next to the cabin. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book sitting in the Amish rocker by the outdoor fireplace.

Secluded ADK cabin | Hike @ heart of Fall Foliage

Relax with the whole family or a group of like-minded friends at this peaceful and ultra secluded wooden cabin. On the property, you can use fire pit, play ping pong, and enjoy in any way you prefer. The house is adjacent to former cross-county skiing trails that are used as hiking trails. You can easily make a short drive to Lake Placid & Whiteface for skiing. Keene with many hiking trails is 20 minutes away; many hiking trails are within 3-5 minutes drive (Rocky Peak, Hurricane, Baxter).

Located less than half an hr. to Lake Placid, a short scenic ferry ride to Vermont and 1.5 hrs. from Montreal. The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Riverside Tent Camping Site

Get back to nature! This is a quite riverside primitive campsite. NO BATHROOMS so everything is natural. Come let the tranquil noise of our river lul you to sleep in the fresh Adirondack mountain air. Lots of hiking, boating, rock climbing and mountain biking near by. Only 25 minutes to Lake Placid ( home of two winter Olympics) for some of the Adirondacks best restaurants and tourist destination. There are NO trash facilities on site, so if you pack it in, pack it out!

Modern Tiny House

Charming oasis in the quaint Village of AuSable Forks centrally located 30 mins either to Lake Placid or Plattsburgh NY. Located 20 mins from Whiteface Mountain/15 mins to AuSable Chasm. Walking distance to town including deli, pizza place, grocery store, local pub and of course fishing on the AuSable River. Short drive to tons of hiking, boating, mountain biking and skiing and all that the Adirondacks has to offer.

The Trailhead

Our guest suite is located on our small horse farm in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The space has a cozy rustic charm, and has everything you’ll need for a quiet mountain getaway in any season. We are located right at the entrance of the Blueberry Hill Trails, a 1000-acre trail system designed for hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Head out the door and you're right on the trails.

Located in beautiful Elizabethtown N.Y., " Gateway to the Adirondacks". 24 miles from Lake Placid, 20 miles from Whiteface mountain. Close to all of the " high peaks' , within 10 miles. Close to some great small hikes too. Walking distance into town, we have a grocery store, hardware store, gas station, pharmacy, liquor store, and hospital.
