Stay with us, on the hill just outside of town. Feel like you’re away from it all as you overlook 2,000 acres sitting on our front porch. We did a complete renovation, down to the bones, in 2024. Welcome to The Cozy Townhouse located in Goshen. Centrally located to Middlebury, Nappanee, and Shipshewana, this will be the perfect place to settle down for the night. The property has a closed in backyard fence with a fireplace where you can enjoy your evenings. Whether you are staying with family or with friends this will be a great stay for you. Wake up and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with grounds from local coffee shop Main Street Roasters which is located in Nappanee. 40 minutes from ND.

The whole group will be comfortable in this Spacious Nicely Decor Unique space. Two bedroom and small office sitting area I’m Big on house keeping and my house rules being meet at all times Any items stolen Damaged or stained will be a $500 charge No pets , smoking ,Drugs or Guns in the unit this a Neighborhood watch community My Airbnb is setup for business workers and out of town travelers Only No Local guest Allowed Also the home is not setup for children at this time (sorry) Thank you

Welcome to our cozy haven among the hedgewood. There’s room for the whole family to relax and unwind from a busy day. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a fully functional kitchen, and a back yard for the children to play. Little Caesars is directly behind the house across the alley. We are 5 minutes from the US 20 and US 33 off ramp. Shipshewana is 30 minutes East and Notre Dame is 30 minutes west. Be aware that trains do pass by the house 2 blocks away.

We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Relax around the campfire or in the hot tub! Located 10 minutes from Middlebury and Elkhart and only 18 minutes from Shipshewana! Notre Dame is also only a 28 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Door dash or UberEATS delivers to this location.

Country Cottage

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
