The Bakoni Hide-Away, Schoemanskloof

The Bakoni Hide-Away is an off-the-grid retreat, ideal for a romantic getaway for lovers of the African bush. Unfenced, it is set on a remote spot on the side of a mountain with abundant birdlife, buck and other game around. The design was inspired by the many stone circles that occur in this region and the Bakoni people who are believed to have roamed the area in the past. It is ideal for couples and 2 older children can be accommodated on the mezzanine floor if privacy is not a requirement.

The Conductor's Cottage, escape to Waterval Onder

The Conductors' Cottage is a converted railway house that offers beautifully furnished accommodation for up to six guests. Set in the grounds of the main farmhouse, there are three cottages in total. The Conductor's Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge & outside deck area to enjoy. There are views of the hills of Mpumalanga Province as you sit on the verandah. We are a working farm with resident sheep, geese & pigs. We also have four boxer dogs that are part of the family

The Homestead, Walkersons Estate

Welcome to The Homestead@Walkersons The house has an open plan dining area, living area with a fireplace & kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining & family gatherings. The estate (at over 7km2) has mountain springs, forests & waterfalls. There are fantastic walking, cycling & running paths including trail paths on the Wildlife Reserve. The Estate has a runway & Helipad that can be used if arranged. The house is cleaned on Tuesday & Thursdays, other days can be arranged at additional cost.

River Cottage, Holingsberg River Fly Fishing

Holingsberg River Cottage is an exclusive Self Catering River Fly Fishing Destination for the serious fly fisher. The chalet is upmarket and private, and situated on a working farm yard, where the owners live. The kids are welcome to interact and learn about the farm animals. The fly fisher has 1.5km of river front, 300m away. Come and enjoy the splendid view from the patio while preparing dinner, relaxing around a fire, and discuss the catch of the day. LAWRENNY is a quaint little cottage that can accommodate a total of 2 guests. This cottage is the smallest of all the units at Blue Crane Farm, Trout and Wildlife Estate, and has a beautiful view over the phenomenal 9-hectare dam. Lawrenny has 1 bedroom - queen bed equipped with an electric blanket, bathroom with a shower, open-plan kitchen / dining / living room area with a smart TV and indoor fireplace. Stonehaven Cottage

Stonehaven Cottage is a historical cottage nestled between Watervalboven (twelve kilometres) and Machadodorp (fourteen kilometres) in the nature lush province of Mpumalanga. A mere 4,5 kilometres turn off from the N4 brings you to tranquility and serenity. Stonehaven Cottage is a romantic one bedroom stone house with panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. Please note that the dirt road leading up to the farm isn't suitable for cars with very low ground clearance (sport cars).
