The house, which has been carefully restored, preserves the authentic character of traditional Andorran mountain constructions, with local stone walls, slate roofs, and exposed wooden beams, creating a cozy and historic atmosphere. Situated just 10 minutes from the vibrant center of Andorra la Vella, Can Campaner is ideally located to enjoy the serenity of the mountainous landscape while having access to all the shopping, dining, and leisure options the city has to offer. Just a few minutes from **Engolasters Lake** and hiking trails leading to the **Refugi de l'Illa**, this house is in a strategic location for nature lovers and outdoor activities. Its proximity to ski resorts and other mountain activities makes it the perfect year-round destination. The interior of Can Campaner strikes a perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort, with spaces designed to offer a warm and inviting experience. Security Deposit: A bank preauthorization of €500 will be requested as a security deposit before arrival. This amount will not be charged to the account; it will only be temporarily held as a security deposit. After check-out and once the apartment has been inspected, the preauthorization will be canceled and the amount released if everything is in proper condition.
