This amount will not be charged to the account; it will only be temporarily held as a security deposit. After check-out and once the apartment has been inspected, the preauthorization will be canceled and the amount released if everything is in proper condition.

L’Era de Toni (HUT3-008025) és una casa individual construïda el 2020 de 55 m2 amb terrassa de 10m2, situada enmig d’un entorn natural idíl•lic, a la vora del riu Valira del Nord i de l’emblemàtica ruta del ferro que farà de la seva estada una experiència perfecta per relaxar-se i desconectar. Tanmateix, la seva ubicació és ideal per a la pràctica del ciclisme, senderisme, golf i sobretot esquí, estan Arcalís a només 15 min, el telecabina de Pal a 5 min i el Funicamp (Granvalira) a 15 min.
