The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

Kayaks and bikes available at the property. Fully fenced so safe for little ones and small dogs.

Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.

On the Waterside Canals we have a magnificent view facing west for a kilometre. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Bring bathers for kayaking and swimming. Have a game of tennis, go bike riding, watch a movie, or read a book.

Vic’s Place is a special project close to our hearts, designed to lap up the slow life here in Falcon Bay. This build has only just been completed in March 2025. Here, you have your own secluded space completely separate from our home, with your own private parking, entry, garden & patio area.
