Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Only a 15 min drive to Eryri - Snowdonia National Park. Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) is only 14 miles away. With underfloor heating, wood burning stove, toilet, shower, fridge and a patio you could not wish for a more secluded location. Hot tub is located 15 feet from the pod and very private. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

The Bothy a tranquil retreat close to Snowdonia.

This is a stunning location. An ancient stone "Bothy" still retaining an old world charm. This is a very special place with views over the picturesque Llyn Peninsular which will take your breath away. With landscaped grounds and a lake to walk around, or sit beside and watch the wildlife. Within easy reach of Snowdonia, for amazing walks, the various other attractions, as well as wonderful Welsh beaches, historic houses and castles. You couldn't really ask for much more!

Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It’s also newly built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod

Walking distance to Snowdonia's popular seaside town Barmouth, very close to the beach and on the doorstep to some of the best walks in the area. Boasting an amazing elevated view of the cost and sunsets to die for. A hot tub sunk into the decking with views of the whole of Cardigan Bay.
