Only 7 mins to grocery, 15 mins to RRG, Nada Tunnel, Natural Bridge State park & a short walk across the street to our 50 acres of private wooded mountainside to explore. Welcome home! Come stay in our beautiful Craftsman home, built in 1900, that we completely renovated for modern day living! We are in the best location – the heart of downtown Irvine! There’s plenty of space with our open floorplan living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. You can stay home and enjoy the house and large outdoor areas, take a stroll down Main Street to local restaurants, festivals, the river, etc., or hop in the car for a short drive to visit Red River Gorge, Berea, or Lexington.
