New cottage in historic downtown Conway, Arkansas. Studio apt has a queen bed, kitchen, eating nook, writing desk, bathroom w/ shower/tub, front porch, & back patio w/ fire pit & gardens. The 375 sf workspace features raised wood floors, sliding mirrors, smart TV, built-in speakers, & glass doors that open to pergola dining. WIFI, basic kitchen, pantry, & bathroom supplies included. The perfect place for dancers/writers/musicians/artists of all kinds to relax & create; also an ideal getaway!

This recently renovated craftsman gem is a few short minutes from the airbase and 10 minutes from North Little Rock. Blazing fast, unlimited wifi powers the smart television and any other devices you may bring. Two king size beds and one full bed are so comfortable, we can not be held responsible if you have a hard time getting up in the morning. But once you do, enjoy a French press coffee or a quick Keurig on the back patio. In the evening, enjoy a smore or hot dog around the stone fire ring!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area only for all of our security.
