Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by countryside, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' within easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. Cosy countryside annex in rural Kent, perfect for a peaceful getaway or a convenient stopover. Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

The Pottery Studio, stylish art-filled light space

Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
