Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster oven, hot plate, frypan, saucepan, sandwich maker and microwave. The lounge room has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a double leather recliner lounge and a 42-inch LCD TV. Complimentary continental breakfast included.

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Scobies Lane Stockton Retreat - with water views

Open the large sliding glass door onto your own private balcony with ocean views and enjoy the sea breeze. This private one bedroom second floor apartment is situated one street back from Stockton Beach. You can explore the surrounds of Stockton easily on foot, you can go for a swim or fish, a walk out to the end of the break wall or just sit and chill out in the space. There are fab pubs and cafes in Stockton & Newcastle is just a short ferry ride away.

All easily accessed by foot or our new tram. Just 5 minutes walk to Newcastle Beach.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
