This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. The Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup are 10-15 minutes away if your coming for an event there.

Come relax in our PNW getaway. We're private homeowners offering a 2 bdrm apartment w/ full kitchen & laundry. Animal lovers will enjoy visiting our chickens & friendly dwarf goats. If it's relaxation you're after, our acre+ is perfect for a yoga or meditation session. Enjoy a yoga mat & walking pad in your guest suite. At night, relax around the bonfire & look at the stars. 5 minutes from I-5 & 10 minutes from downtown Tacoma, you'll feel worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Tacoma Landing • Bright, Modern, Central

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Mares Landing Private Guest House

Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. Our spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home gives you lots of quiet country privacy right in the city. The guest house sits behind the main farmhouse providing the best views. The owners live on the property. We are family-friendly and love to share our hobby farm.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
