Nytt (2020) stort hus sentralt i Langevåg. Huset ligger på brygge helt i sjøkanten. Du bor i gangavstand til hurtigbåtkai og det tar kun 10 min. til du er i Ålesund sentrum. Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

Fjord view in centre w/parking
Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Vår flotte hytte ved sjøen, ligger kun en kort kjøretur unna vakre Ålesund. Området tilbyr en blanding av naturopplevelser, kultur og historie- noe som gjør det til et fantastisk reisemål! Her finnes alle bekvemmeligheter man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Her kan du nyte soloppgangen som speiler seg i sjøen om morgenen og på kvelden kan du se på stjernene mens du slapper av i jacuzzien. Nyoppusset leilighet med egen inngang og to soverom. Langevåg sentrum og Devoldfabrikken når du på ca 4 min med bil. Fantastiske Sulafjellet ligger like ved. Langevåg byr på disk-golfbane og flotte turløyper i nydelig natur. Fra Langevåg går det hurtigbåt til Ålesund. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, bad med dusj, wc og vaskemaskin og egen badstu. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

Short car trip to several groomed hiking trails on Sulafjellet. 12 minutes by car to Moa shopping center and 8 minutes by car to Langevåg with several shops and Devold Outlet and ferryboat to the center of Ålesund
