Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Pop the kettle on & make your way to the secluded tranquil rear garden and enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Take in the sunset at what is said to be the sunniest spot in Skipsea before getting cosy in front of the wood burning fire for the night. Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.

On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Bridlington Links estate consists of an 18 hole golf course , driving range, clubhouse serving food and drinks and gymnasium. Our lodge has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,open plan kitchen/dining and living space and comes with WI-FI , 3 smart TVs with Netflix preloaded and a Google home. Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance. A clean and functioning space for exploring the local coastline and countryside. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.
