Covered deck with table and chairs, BBQ. Long driveway, fully fenced yard with grass surrounded by lots of pine trees with fire pit/log benches. We are pet and smoking friendly (outside). This is a smoke/vape free property. Just added a new AC unit for the hot summer days.
