Tiny Cottage in Hither Woods, Montauk

A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

The Getaway

Comfortable, bright, clean bedrooms with a simple chic aesthetic. Fully equipped kitchen and living space with a unique modern cabin vibe. Side porch provides great post surf/hike hang out space. 12’ picnic table for outdoor dining. Indoor dining also available. Fireplace great for cozy nights in (must be attended at all times) Well behaved pets welcome. Steps away from Solé east and Ruschmeyers, short drive to town & beaches. I’m happy to make recs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Lounge by the heated pool enjoying the wonderful view of Fort Pond Bay or the ocean. The bedrooms consist of queen beds & Smart TV's, The Living room has 2 comfy couches, 1 of which also pulls out to a queen bed. Enjoy the wrap around deck & the backyard Washer/dryer, air conditioning, linens, bath, beach, and pool towels, as well as beach amenities including umbrellas, carts, & chairs It’s a 6 min walk to the ocean/town. There is also A playground and basketball courts right down the hill.
