The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

This beautifully decorated home custom built in 2024, is centrally located and just a short drive to St. George Island. Walk across the street to your own private beach. Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. 3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.
