The Guelph Depot

Come visit our historic 1887 train depot-this beautiful building has undergone a full-force renovation for guests to create memories to last a life time. The Depot is two stories w/ 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second story. The spacious dining room, kitchen and living room are open concept to enjoy easy entertaining & conversation, whether it be a bridal shower or hunting crew! A great place for large groups, with access to heated dog kennels and wild game cleaning shed.

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.

Located right by Hyatt Slough and Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge. This area is known for waterfowl, pheasant, and whitetail hunting. If any questions come up, we are also a licensed Hunting Outfitter in North Dakota.
