My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our mountain home is great for family gatherings, friends and children of all ages! This unique cabin was built by a local lumberjack and has a custom carving of Paul Bunyan in the living room. It is on the south end of town, about 5 min. from historic downtown. Rafting, hiking, zip lining, the Royal Gorge are all just minutes away from this comfortable stay. Upon request we also offer mindfulness meditation . Perfect for a single guest. We offer free parking. Our neighborhood is very peaceful. We allow one guest only. We allow one pet only not more than 35 lbs(cat not allowed)
