This studio apartment located within a large subdivided home comes equipped with a queen bed and a full-size futon. You’ll enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with its oversized tile shower and bamboo floors. The kitchenette is supplied with cooking essentials. The entry foyer is shared with other guests, but the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are all yours. Up the stairs and to the left is your suite, Studio Papa, and to the right is the Blue Room. The unit has just been completely refurbished and offers a private bedroom, bathroom, guest entrance, A/C and parking. The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
