The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath , fully stocked kitchen 1800sf guest house . Downtown SA activities or New Braunfels tubing activities are a modest 30 min ride. Nat Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch is within a 3-5 min drive. Maximum 6 guests/2 vehicles without prior approval of hosts. No parties or events permitted without host approval.

The largest colony of bats in the world. Summer evenings the bats fly over and are quite spectacular! There is absolutely no smoking on the property. Owners live on property.
