Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Buckel Lodge features 4,000 sq ft of living space. Five very large bedrooms , 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, seating for 24 people! Kitchen comes fully furnished with all the items you should need to make those family meals! Within walking distance to River, Park, Swimming Pool, Downtown Burwell and about 7 miles to Calamus Lake! Minimum age to rent our cabins is 28 years old. Must provide a photo ID for proof of age.

The Cowboy Getaway is a rustic, yet modern home with a sofa table workspace, usb plugs, locally roasted coffee, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, & incredibly comfortable mattresses for a fabulous night's sleep. A Short driving distance to the Calamus Reservoir, Davis Creek Reservoir, or further down the road is Sherman Reservoir.

Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

Wagner Cabin North

Enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends at the Wagner Cabins, a family-owned small working ranch in the secluded Calamus, Nebraska area. Our cabins are nestled along the North Loup River and just minutes from the Calamus Reservoir. A large pond with excellent fishing is just a stone’s throw from the cabin porches. We are a mere ten minutes from the Calamus River and Calamus Lake (west end) which offers tanking, tubing, boating, and fishing. This is a birders paradise! The Rustic Retreat Tiny House is the perfect setting for a family, hunters, fishermen, anniversaries, friends retreats, honeymooners, etc.. Brand new in August 2018, we can sleep up to 6. Located near the beautiful Calamus Lake, the Burwell Rodeo and Historic Fort Hartsuff. Local restaurants and bars are within walking distance as well as a grocery store.
