Great sea view house on island Hvar

Beautiful old stone house next to the sea, it is situated in one basin called Lučica on southeast part of island Hvar. It is only 20 meters from small beach. We have just one neighbor in our basin. There is no electricity, we use gas instead and solar energy for light. We have drinking water in a well. There is 6 bedroom, one bathroom and living room with kitchen in the house. Also we have private parking space near the house. In front of the house we have barbecue and lot of space for sitting and enjoy in the sun. There is no traffic, you can come by your car, it is 3 kilometers far from main road and public transit. It is 35 kilometers from StariGrad ferry port.

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
