Southern Charm Cottage with Screened Porch & Golf Cart

Embrace the chic new aesthetic of this redesigned residence. The home features an open-concept layout, nautical-themed decor with blue touches, wood finishes, a BBQ patio, and two screened porches with a swing and relaxing views of a wooded backyard. Inlet Retreat has 3 charming bedrooms with a central common area great for gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and tub area and a walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. Please text with any questions you may have. I live in the area and am available as needed. Inlet Retreat is located in a casual neighborhood that offers privacy with its 1/2 acre lot. The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Near Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk: For Families, Kids and Dogs! Our 4-year old house has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay! We're on a quiet street surrounded by Live Oaks and Spanish Moss. One block from Business 17 and a 1/2 mile to the Marsh Walk! Huntington State Park Beach is a five-minute drive. Harrelson's Seafood Market is a block away so you can cook low-country in the comfort of your own home. Or you can let Lee's Inlet Kitchen prepare it for you one block the other way.

Carolina Wren Cottage: New, Relaxing, Dog-Friendly

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. We are centrally located to downtown Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, State Parks, downtown Conway, and Coastal Carolina University. A security camera is located by the door.

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
