Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

The Bitty Bungalow

Welcome to The Bitty Bungalow, a charming tiny guest studio, perfect for those seeking cozy simplicity with all the comforts of home. It features a well-supplied mini kitchen, a deluxe redesigned bathroom, and a mini washer and dryer. My grandmother's antique roll-top desk and grandfather's original oil paintings complete the home's rustic look. While ideal for a solo or couple getaway, The Bitty Bungalow sleeps up to 6 guests, allowing families or groups to enjoy a modest retreat in the pines.

This home is just a 7 minute drive to the School House Boat Launch and 15 minutes to the Marina. There are numerous paths in the area for hiking and ATV riding too!

It's a perfect, quite base camp for your outdoor adventures with plenty of parking for all your toys. Fast Wi-Fi, 3 Roku TV's and ice cold AC. Blackstone grill, firepit, patio seating. 30 min. to airport. We have many guests that return each year so always book early.

Payson beckons outdoor enthusiasts with its myriad of activities, including hiking, fishing, and more.

A-Frame Cabin & Romantic Retreat

If you're looking for unique cabin getaway, this tiny A-frame is a hidden gem. Perfect for a romantic retreat, or a peaceful escape from the city, this cabin is the ideal destination. Please Note: No children. This is not kid friendly rental due to staircase and railing. Pet dogs are allowed with paid pet deposit and prior approval. NO cats or other animals. There is no oven. Friendly dog on premises. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families, with kids, are all welcome! Please no pets, no smoking.
