Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Woodsy ski chalet Girdwood

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. Perfect for that couples or family ski weekend get away. It’s a comfortable walk to the ski hill about 3 blocks. Two story chalet with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and one bathroom on main level and tv and games area up in the loft. In the basement of the chalet there is a mother-in-law apartment that has a seperate exterior entrance and is occasionally occupied by the owner.

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom upstairs retreat in Girdwood/Alyeska, with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.
