Relax, sit back & enjoy yourself. You’ll be sure to leave feeling far lighter & clearer headed than when you arrive. Main with an ultra-comfy king bed and a 65” smart TV Second bedroom with a plush Koala queen sofa bed 55” TV in the living room, mounted from the ceiling for the perfect movie night.

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.
