There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. They operated Brockert's Plumbing business in the back of the building. And at the end of the day, they're apartment located at the front corner of the building was there place to rest and relax after a long day of work, hence, the "Cozy Corner". This place has been updated with all new furniture and appliances.

We are located a half mile from downtown Main Street where you will find cute shops and restaurants. Your small house is attached to ours, separated by a locked door. We are friendly and are involved in town events, so can answer any questions you have about the area if you're feeling social!
