Just a few blocks from M Street and Wisconsin Ave., this modern, 1,000 square foot English basement features exclusive use of the entire lower level of a new Georgetown home and a private patio looking out onto a beautiful garden. Smart home features include voice commands for lighting, heating and cooling, a ceiling fan, door lock, and more. For working, there are two separate work spaces and fast, reliable Internet. For relaxing, we provide a full package of cable TV and streaming services.

Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!

From the covered front porch enter into the living, dining & kitchen area. The LR has an extra pull out couch for guests. 2nd floor has 3 BR and 2 BA. BR1: queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. BR2: queen bed BR3: twin over full bunkbeds. BA 2 has a shower. I am the owner and live in the basement apartment with my own kitchen, bath & laundry. No spaces need to be shared. You likely won’t see or hear me unless you need something.
