Step outside and find the beach right below the villa. 🏡 With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a private pool, it's built for families or groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. 📌 Restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are just 5 minutes away, so you have everything you need close by.

Vila se nalazi na placu od 588m2 sa garažama za 5 vozila. U prizemlju Dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom, 2. Spavace sobe, kupatilo toalet i sa izlaskom na terasu na kojoj se nalazi bazen od 32m2. Na spratu se nalaze dva dvosoban stan sa kupatilom, kuhinjom, dnevni boravkom i trpezarijom.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.
