The 2 bedroom villa features hardwood floors, shiplap wall detail and a 70" smart tv, sunroom with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, and access to water toys and a boat slip (must reserve ahead of time). Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
