Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided - login details on the fridge.

We believe that Bob's Place is the best situated house on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula! Located right on Middleton Point with 180 degree views, this is the perfect location for surfing, whale watching and exploring the fabulous surrounding area on the South Coast. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. Perfect location, summer or winter, 350 metre walk to Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with comfy beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied. IMPORTANT: MUST PROVIDE OWN TOP AND BOTTOM SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Fur babies welcome, please remember their bed or blanket. Its location is simply perfect, wake up and enjoy a stroll along the cliff tops, a coffee at local Cafes or a meal at the ever popular Flying Fish cafe.
