The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Escape to your own private 18th-century farmhouse surrounded by our 100-acre farm in beautiful Upstate New York. Designed for families and groups to reconnect, the Farmhouse sleeps 12 and comes with a heated saltwater pool, year-round hot tub, fire pit, game room, farm animals and acres of countryside to explore. Spend summer days by the pool, fall evenings around the fire, snowy weekends soaking in the hot tub, or simply slow down with coffee in the sunroom overlooking the farm.

High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake

Come enjoy a lakeside getaway at, newly constructed, High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake! Situated 25 miles from Saratoga Springs, NY and 33 miles from Manchester, VT. Amazing views of the lake from the spacious open-concept living room. Relax on the lower deck and make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Water access and private dock for your boat just steps away from the house. Use the canoe and kayaks provided to explore the lake.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to Salem Central, Fort Salem Theater, the Historic Salem Courthouse, Jacko's, Salem Art Work, On a Limb Bakery, and less than an hour to vermont sking. Come stay in our secure 2-room suite plus bathroom with a separate entrance uniquely filled with local art and antiques. Includes cube-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave for use.

Pond Cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm

Our newly renovated cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm with huge pond and farmland views awaits visitors looking for a place to escape the daily grind. Located in the Mettowee Valley, Pond Cottage is near ski resorts, hiking trails, and swimming holes. Ideal for all-season sports and shopping. Enjoy meeting our goats as well as enjoying Vermont cheeses, local goodies and produce that we can stock in your cottage.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the NY/VT border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi). There are plenty of options nearby for hiking, rail trail biking, or paddling. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

This cabin and camping ground is a quiet and peaceful get away. You may or may not see others during your stay, but there will be plenty of wildlife to interact with! Lots of great hiking and biking in the area. Green Pond (more of a small lake) is right up the dirt road, feel free to walk fish kayak paddle boat swim enjoy the calm quiet view….,

Expansive Lakehouse with Jacuzzi

Located in a quiet peaceful setting, and a short path down to a large deck with hammock overlooking lake our contemporary house, lovingly built by owner, has a well equiped kitchen, a 10 person hot tub, and bicycles. Down at the waterfront, we have a dock with canoes and kayaks.
