Absolute quietness and few people living ( our family is the only which is year round here ) . 30 stone houses ,which are mostly for weekend use , dry stone walls , walking paths trough oak &chestnut forest. This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Charming and very private cottage. Because of its unique vibe, our cottage got the nickname “Love nest” and it is ideal hideout for honeymooners and couples with young children :) We recommend you come by car, we are on a remote part of the island. Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Vidovici located 2 km above the village Martinšćica with indescribably beautiful panoramic views over the bay and the neighboring islands. The village has an old authentic Mediterranean spirit and is ideal to enjoy untouched nature that it is surrounded with.

Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica.
