Apartment 1 This apartment is located on first floor of the house and offer a space of 45m2 and a large terrace of 16m2 with a beautiful open sea view on the bay with the Island of Košljun. The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

Mogu se služiti TV-SAT i besplatnim WIFI. Parking se nalazi ispred kuće,kao i terasa namjenjena gostima. Okućnica je osigurana video nadzorom.

Our blue apartment is on the high ground floor of the house and there is another 1 bedroom apartment on the same floor, the yellow one. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room where is extra bed for 1 person, bathroom and a balcony!
