The property is 6/10 mile from a public boat landing where you can fish, kayak or canoe the Wisconsin River. There are multiple parks relatively close that offer excellent hiking trails. Direct access to miles of ATV/UTV trails.

I have been a farmer/electrician for 30 of those years and my family still use the property for family events and overnights stays. The house had a remodel/modernization in 2022. After the changes, I decided to share it with friends and just recently with the public. The home includes 2, full bathrooms, 4 beds, a full kitchen, and ample parking. City lights are faraway. We supply all cooking/baking items/utensils so all you need are your food, drinks and ingredients. Full high-speed internet with smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub and massage chair. We love dogs too, so we provide a dog run (there is a pet fee).

Larsen Farm Secluded Farmhouse with Hotub

Secluded farmhouse with glass hot tub room 600 acres of private trails to hike and explore the cave. Bring your UTV and ride the trails for $25 per driver and $10 per passenger or rent a UTV for $300. Close to trout fishing stream or Mississippi for fishing. Approx 15 miles from Prairie Du Chein, close to canoeing for the Kickapoo, Wisconsin river. Has a gas & charcoal grill, pool table, firepit, Smart TV. Private trails closed Oct 15th thru mid Feb There is Access to public UTV trails.

This unit is brand new construction for the summer of 2025 featuring a living area with a large projection screen and a fully equipped kitchen with bar and smart TV. The bathroom includes a corner shower and washer/dryer. All sleeping is above in the large open loft with one queen bed, full/twin bunk and twin bed to comfortably sleep up to six. If you want privacy and are looking for an experience, this is your place!! Secluded and peaceful. Hiking trails and beautiful scenery. Grant River runs along the borders and is known for tubing and kayaking! Plenty of other local attractions. Sit on the screened in porch and listen to nature all around you.
