Patio door leads to our large garden which were happy to share with you and our friendly dogs Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, closet and built in storage. The annex is situated in a country setting but only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to picturesque city or beach visit.
Golden Orfe is one of four shepherd huts and a lodge (The Boathouse) on our site all located by our lake. Our huts comfortably sleep two adults we are an adult only site and welcome guests aged 18 years and over. We are unable to accept babies, toddlers or children under 18. All of our properties come with their own hot tubs no need for you to share with other guests. Fishing available on site please bring your own equipment and bait.
We have five properties on our site four of which are shepherds huts and the fifth being a lodge all five are situated by our lake. Silver Dollar is one of four luxury hand built static shepherds huts. Tastefully decorated inside and out. Your own personal under cover hot tub is situated adjacent to the accommodation in a secluded area. You may wish to bring extra towels with you for the hot tub. Outdoor seating there is a firepit & charcoal barbecue available.

The Waiting Rooms are part of the old Wretham & Hockham Railway Station which closed in 1964 They have a small cloakroom, a living room/diner a tiny study like part of a railway carriage, a bedroom with king size bed and a walk in (through) wardrobe which you can walk through to French Doors which open on to a fenced off end of the platform/small garden. Kitchenette with 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The old lamplighters hut is an interesting feature which can hold two bicycles
The Coign is one of three listed terraced farm cottages sitting on the grounds of the Wretham Park estate. The cottages date from around 1735 with the kitchen/bathroom extension dating from sometime in the 1800s. The cottages were almost certainly built for local farmworkers. Rich in country character and charm, this Breckland cottage provides an ideal holiday base for those wishing to discover the surrounding rural scenery and explore the nearby ancient towns and villages.
